1. Final inspections: Ensuring all necessary permits have been obtained and that the work meets local building codes by having final inspections conducted by the building department.

2 Final Walkthrough: A comprehensive inspection of the completed home renovation project, where the homeowner, alongside the project manager, thoroughly examines every aspect of the work to ensure it meets the agreed-upon specifications, quality standards, and addresses any outstanding issues.

3. Deficiencies: On large scale projects, sometimes minor issues can still remain once all the different trades have departed from the worksite. A small scratch on the wall,, a piece of leftover debris, or some other little item might need adjusting. If something is out of the ordinary we will make sure to get it taken care of,. Rest assured, we leave no stone unturned.

4. Renovation completion checklist: A detailed list of items to verify and sign off on once a renovation project is finished, ensuring all aspects of the work have been completed according to the plan, including structural elements, finishes, fixtures, appliances, and any necessary inspections by relevant authorities, effectively marking the project as "done.".

5. Ready to move in! Once all major construction work is completed, final inspections have been passed, all appliances are installed and functional, the final cleaning is done, and any outstanding punch list items have been addressed, it is time to move in. Depending on the situation, partially moving in during the finishing stages may be an option.

6. Content creation: We take pride in our work and would really appreciate it if you would kindly allow us to take pictures and video of the work did.

7. We've got you covered which is why we offer a 2-5-10 year warranty on your home renovation project to ensure you a home that will last a lifetime.

8. Post completion follow up after the renovation is the process we take for checking and addressing any outstanding issues or concerns once a renovation project is considered complete, ensuring all details are finished to the desired standard, and resolving any minor problems that may have arisen after construction.
